Please read the following rules carefully before buying your ticket to ensure a smooth and enjoyable festival experience.

No Refunds or Transfers to Future Editions
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the following year under any circumstances.
Pass Reassignment
If you can no longer attend, you may reassign your pass to someone else (Leader to Leader, Follower to Follower or Leader). This helps us maintain a balanced Leader/Follower ratio.

Limited Availability for Individual Open Passes (Followers)
Sales of individual Open Passes for Followers may be paused at any time to maintain role balance.
Open Pass – Couple
If you're interested in the Open Pass, we highly recommend registering with a partner and purchasing the Open Pass – Couple. This helps maintain a better Leader/Follower balance.

No E-Tickets Sent by Email
Wristbands will be distributed at the festival. To collect yours, please present your full name and a valid ID at the check-in desk.
Access to Master Classes or Lambada Course
To attend Master Classes or the Lambada course, you must also purchase an Open Pass. These options are not available as standalone purchases.
Master Classes – Requirements
- For advanced dancers only
- No partner rotations – you must register with a partner

Lambada Course Schedule
The Lambada course will be held in a separate time slot from Open level classes and Master Classes, so you can attend both if desired.
Couple Pass – Lambada Option
If only one person in a Couple Pass wishes to join the Lambada course, please specify who will be participating in the field provided at the bottom.
Minimum Attendance for Master Classes
The Master Classes require a minimum of 18 participants. If this number is not met, the course may be cancelled. We reserve the right to do so if necessary.

Adding Master Classes or Lambada Course Later
If you've already purchased an Open Pass but later decide you'd like to join the Master Classes or Lambada course, no problem!
Simply:
- Fill out a new registration form, selecting the Master Classes and/or Lambada course.
- Complete the payment for the new items.
- Email us to let us know what you've added to your registration so we can link everything correctly.
We’ll make sure your pass is updated accordingly.
Phone Number (Optional)
Providing a phone number is optional but recommended in case of emergencies or important updates.
