    2025 Halloweentown in Downtown Bryan: Participation Request

  • Event Information: 

    Bryan Broadcasting and Destination Bryan are partnering to present Halloweentown in Downtown Bryan on Sunday, October 26th. This is a free, family-friendly trick-or-treating experience in Downtown Bryan on Main Street between William J Bryan and 23rd Street, and 24th between Bryan Ave and Tabor Road. The event will be from 3 PM - 6 PM and feature multiple activities including a costume contest, dance floor, trick-or-treating, and other activities for children and families.

  • Booth Spaces

    • Please note: Complimentary booth spaces are reserved for downtown Bryan businesses and local non-profit organizations, only. For-profit businesses located outside of downtown Bryan may participate through sponsorship of the event. If you are interested in a sponsorship, please send an email to Allison@bryanbroadcasting.com
    • Selling items is NOT allowed. Booth spaces are only for handing out candy and small promotional material. 
    • Participating businesses and organizations will be assigned a 10X10 booth space.
    • Booth spaces are limited, so apply soon! If spaces become full, we will implement a waitlist. 

    Set Up

    • Set up begins at 1:00 PM.
    • All booths must be set up by 2:30 PM.
    • Booths may not be broken down until 6 PM, or until the event coordinators have given explicit instructions that breakdown is permited.

    Candy Distribution

    • Destination Bryan and Bryan Broadcasting will supply the candy for the event. You must come to the check-in tent to pick up your candy when you arrive at the event. 
    • Due to the popularity of this event, we kindly request that all complimentary booth participants bring additional candy to hand out at your booth. (We recommend 5 large bags of candy)
    • Businesses and organizations may bring additional freebies/giveaways. (Pencils, stickers, keychains, etc.)
    • Taking donations is NOT ALLOWED
    • Only prepackaged candy and small giveaways are allowed. Homemade candy/food is prohibited.

    Booth Decorating Contest

    • Participants are encouraged to decorate their booth in a Halloween theme suitable for children.
    • Booths will be judged on the following criteria: appearance, creativity, degree of difficulty, and the use of interactive features such as games or activities.
    • Prizes will be awarded for the booth that receives the highest overall score.
    • Ideas for booths include: Mad Scientist Lab, Haunted House, Pirate Ship, Fall Harvest. etc,.
