You are being asked to take part in a one-on-one interview over Zoom. Your video will be on during the interview so the interviewer can engage with you in real time, but no video will be saved or used. With your permission, we may audio-record the interview to help with transcription, and then delete the recording once it is transcribed. Only de-identified transcripts — meaning transcripts with no names or identifying details — will be used in our analysis.
By signing below for the interview, you consent to:
- Your video being visible during the session (but not recorded or stored),
- Optional audio recording of the session (with deletion after transcription),
- Use of a de-identified transcript of your interview for research analysis.
Your participation in this research is voluntary. You may choose to not participate or withdraw at any time without penalty.
