Leadership Aberdeen

Leadership Aberdeen, established in 1987, is an immersive leadership development program designed to equip participants with the skills, insights, and connections needed to lead with purpose. Set in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive environment, the program challenges individuals to explore their personal leadership style, enhance key skills, and make a lasting impact in their workplace, community, and region. Participants also collaborative on a class project, attend a Legislative Coffee, Aberdeen Day at the Legislature, and learn about city government and civic leadership.

Program Tuition
Tuition

Tuition for the Leadership Aberdeen program is $850.00 for Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce members and $1050.00 for non-Chamber members, payable in advance of program start date. Tuition covers all program costs including materials, meals, Aberdeen attire, registrations, and transportation.

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, a registered participant must withdraw from the program, the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce will need notice in writing two weeks prior to program start date. With proper notification, we will make every reasonable effort to fill the slot with another participant and refund the withdrawing member's tuition.
Commitment
The 2026 Leadership Aberdeen Program will run from January 8, 2026 through April 16, 2026. Participants are expected to attend all sessions to the best of their ability, in the belief that everyone brings their unique experience to the program. Please consider your availability if you should be selected to participate. Class members will not be eligible to graduate from the program if more than two sessions are unexcused.
