Dear Camp Reena Staff Member,

A dedicated and responsible staff is the foundation of a successful summer. Your commitment ensures a safe, fun, and positive experience for our campers, staff and parents.

Please complete the form below in its entirety. This form serves as your official contract and commitment to work at Camp Reena for Summer 2026. It also includes payroll information, camp policies, and important details regarding your responsibilities.

Camp Dates for Staff:
Session 1: June 24th - July 28th
Session 2: July 29th - August 19th

Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Clubs 3:00-4:00)

Attendance:
Staff are required to be in camp Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Clubs' Staff must stay until 4 PM Monday through Thursday.

Please stay aware, as camp is a short but intense program, we rely on each staff member’s full commitment. Absences add challenges for fellow staff and may require hiring substitutes. In the event of illness or an emergency, please notify Mrs. Morgenstern as soon as possible. A sick day will be granted at her discretion based on the circumstances. Any additional sick days will result in a prorated salary.

Camp Building Set-Up: Tuesday, June 24th 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

End of Summer Clean-Out: Wednesday, August 19th 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
