PAYMENT
The service fee due once your order is confirmed with Mocha Delivers. Most catering orders are made payable directly to the restaurant or chef. An invoice will be sent to the email address and phone number you provide with exact payment details.
COMMUNICATION
We’ll communicate delivery details via email and text message. By placing an order, you consent to be contacted through these methods.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders canceled 7 or more days before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled 2–6 days before the delivery date will incur a $25 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable for the service fee.
Restaurants and catering providers are subject to their own individual cancelation policies.
No exceptions.
Mocha Delivers reserves the right to cancel orders with notice if an item becomes unavailable or if delivery cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to process, depending on your payment method.
WEATHER NOTICE
In cases of hurricanes or severe weather, cancellations and refunds will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
