Need catering delivered? We've got you covered. Our team will coordinate with you to schedule pickup and delivery from your favorite restaurant or one of our trusted partners. We'll ensure your order arrives on time—along with any additional items you may need—delivered with the reliability and professionalism you can count on.
$100 service fee + the cost of catering (no tip required)

2. Premium Delivery
Our dedicated team handles every detail—from coordination and delivery to setup and takedown—ensuring a seamless event experience without the stress.
$175 service fee + the cost of catering (no tip required)

3. Party Package
Our most comprehensive option. Not only will we coordinate, set up, and take down- we will als decorate your catering set up.
$300 service fee + the cost of catering (no tip required)

If you have specific dietary needs—such as peanut-free, gluten-free, or Kosher—please utilize the correct catering option for those needs. Not every catering company offers these options.

Please note: Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email and an invoice. From there, one of our specialists will be reaching out to assist you. Catering requests cannot be fulfilled with less than 48 hours notice.

PAYMENT
The service fee due once your order is confirmed with Mocha Delivers. Most catering orders are made payable directly to the restaurant or chef. An invoice will be sent to the email address and phone number you provide with exact payment details.

COMMUNICATION
We’ll communicate delivery details via email and text message. By placing an order, you consent to be contacted through these methods.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders canceled 7 or more days before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled 2–6 days before the delivery date will incur a $25 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable for the service fee.

Restaurants and catering providers are subject to their own individual cancelation policies.

No exceptions.

Mocha Delivers reserves the right to cancel orders with notice if an item becomes unavailable or if delivery cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to process, depending on your payment method.

WEATHER NOTICE
In cases of hurricanes or severe weather, cancellations and refunds will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
