AIEF International Travel Award Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for an AIEF International Travel Award Application that provides registration and travel accomodations to RIMPA Live 2026. Please complete all fields below. This scholarship provides professional development support to ARMA members wishing to attend the RIMPA Live Conference, October 20-22, 2026 at the Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney, Australia. One applicant will be selected to receive complimentary registration and accommodations, and reimbursement for up to $2500 travel expenses.

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Eligibility

Be a current ARMA International Professional Member
Does not currently serve as an AIEF Trustee or ARMA Board Member
Has not received an AIEF-funded award over $500 in the past 5 years.
Hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the conference start date)
Be currently pursuing a career in the information and records management industry
Be willing to share their experience through an ARMA article, interview, or similar platform
