  • 2025 Pumpkin Patch Vendor Information & Agreement

    By signing this form, I understand that this is in no way a guarantee of the organization's acceptance of my application as a vendor.

    We are so happy to see you’re interested in being a vendor at The Pumpkin Patch!
    Here are some things we want you to know about being a vendor:

    The Pumpkin Patch opens to the public September 25 and our last day is October 26, 2025.
    The patch is open Thursday through Sunday from 12:30 PM to dusk.
    You must be Made in Oklahoma Certified to be a vendor.
    If you’ve been a vendor before, you know we traditionally host a Vendor Appreciation Night.
    This year, we’re combining it with our Fall Fest on October 4.
    Vendors and two guests will receive free admission to Fall Fest—we hope to see you there!
    All merchandise and hardline items must be delivered to The Twelves by September 17.
    Please schedule your drop-off with Meagan or Morgan.
    If you’re selling a food item or something perishable and cannot deliver by that date, please reach out in advance.
    The consignment rate is 30%. The Twelves will handle local, state, and federal sales tax at the point of sale.
    Please complete the vendor application by August 15, 2025. Vendors will be announced by September 1, 2025.
    After vendor selection, a product spreadsheet must be submitted by September 10, 2025.
    We are thrilled that you want to be involved with the Pumpkin Patch. Our mission is to highlight Oklahoma Agriculture, preserve the history of this 1943 farm, and help educate the public about ag.
