We cannot always say "YES" To all requests, but this allows us to track requests, have all the information for the horse(s) in need, and to give you the best chance of us being able to help your horse. Submitting this request for Heart of Phoenix to accept your horse(s) or equine(s) into rescue does not guarantee we will be able to accept them. We WILL try to help you and your equines when we can, as quickly as we can.
