Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy Pageants & Miss American Nation Pageants
Participation Agreement
Participation in the Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy Pageants and Miss American Nation Pageants is voluntary. By submitting an application, each contestant (or parent/legal guardian, if the contestant is under 18 years of age) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization.
Eligibility
Contestants must meet all age, residency (where applicable), and eligibility requirements for the division in which they are competing. The Executive Director reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
Code of Conduct
Contestants, parents, guardians, family members, coaches, and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout all pageant activities.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, bullying, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward contestants, volunteers, judges, staff, sponsors, or venue personnel will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification or removal from the event without refund.
Judging
All judging is conducted by qualified, independent judges.
All judges' decisions are final and may not be challenged or appealed.
Contestants, parents, family members, and supporters are strictly prohibited from approaching or communicating with judges before, during, or after the competition regarding scores or placements.
Fees
All deposits, registration fees, optional competition fees, advertising fees, ticket purchases, sponsorship fees, and any other pageant-related payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
Photography & Media
The organization reserves the right to photograph, videotape, livestream, and record all pageant activities.
By participating, contestants grant permission for their likeness, photographs, video recordings, and interviews to be used for promotional, advertising, educational, social media, and marketing purposes without compensation.
Attire & Appearance
Contestants are responsible for presenting themselves in attire appropriate for their age division and competition category.
The Executive Director reserves the right to determine whether attire is appropriate and may require changes if necessary.
Sportsmanship
Contestants are expected to demonstrate integrity, kindness, respect, and good sportsmanship throughout the competition weekend.
Titleholders are expected to represent the pageant organization with professionalism and dignity during their reign.
Liability
The Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy Pageants, Miss American Nation Pageants, Executive Director, staff, volunteers, sponsors, host venues, and affiliated organizations shall not be held responsible for accidents, illness, injury, theft, loss, or damage to personal property before, during, or after the event.
Contestants participate entirely at their own risk.
Schedule Changes
The organization reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, competition format, awards, or program as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Acceptance of Application
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the pageant.
The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or decline any application in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
Rule Changes
The Executive Director reserves the right to interpret, amend, modify, or revise any rule, policy, procedure, eligibility requirement, or guideline as deemed necessary. All decisions made by the Executive Director are final.
Agreement
Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Contestants (or the parent/legal guardian of contestants under the age of 18) certify that all information provided is accurate and agree to comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures established by the Miss & Ms Culture Galaxy Pageants and Miss American Nation Pageants.
