    1. Sponsor

    This sweepstakes is sponsored by Pondoff’s Anonymous, a podcast based in Swansea, Illinois.

    2. Eligibility

    Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the podcast team are not eligible.

    3. Entry Period

    The sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Central Time on July 21, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on July 31, 2025.

    4. How to Enter

    • Enter by completing the official Giveaway Entry Form during the Entry Period. Submitting the form will also subscribe you to the Pondoff’s Anonymous email newsletter.
    • Already subscribed? You’re still eligible — just fill out the giveaway form again to enter.
    • Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
    • No purchase necessary. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

    5. Prize

    One (1) winner will receive a $25 Amazon.com e-gift card. Approximate retail value: $25.00. The prize will be delivered to the winner via the email address provided during entry. No cash or prize substitutions will be offered.

    6. Winner Selection

    One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on or around August 1, 2025. The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, a new winner may be selected.

    7. Odds of Winning

    Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

    8. Publicity Release

    By entering, you agree that if selected as the winner, your first and last name may be publicly announced on Pondoff’s Anonymous’s social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram. No additional compensation will be provided for this announcement.

    By entering, you agree to receive emails from Pondoff’s Anonymous. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your information will never be sold. We’ll use your email only to contact you about podcast-related content or updates.
