NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS - ABOUT THE EVENT

The Night of Champions - Motorcycling Queensland's annual Awards Night is a celebration of Queensland's year in motorcycling, and a glittering showcase for its many achievers.

The event recognises the year's important accomplishments and contributions to the sport by the state’s most outstanding riders, officials, coaches and clubs across all six motorcycling disciplines.

The 2025 event will be held on Friday December 5, at the prestigious Kedron-Wavell Club in the vibrant Chermside precinct north of the city.

Throughout the night, guests will enjoy a three course dinner and light entertainment, as marquee categories such as Senior and Junior Achiever of the year, Club of the Year, Event of the year and Coach of the year are announced.

Motorcycling Queensland currently licences 146 coaches, 805 officials and 4803 riders. We will permit 1000+ events with over 70,000 participants in MQ affiliated events across 2025.

The motorcycling fraternity is a very large family and Awards Night is always a joyous and celebratory coming-together.

The Subcommittee for each discipline will nominate its best performed senior and junior riders from State, National and International competition in 2025. These nominees are invited to the event and acknowledged on the night.
