1. Pickup prices
- First item: $20
- Most extra items: $10 each
- Exercise machine: $20 if first or only; $15 each after that
- Large or heavy item (large freezer, large fridge, cast-iron bath, or large BBQ): add $10. Home gym or multi-gym: add $10.
- Microwave, small benchtop oven, cooktop, or anything smaller: $10 when collected on its own; free when collected with a larger paid item
- Push bike: $10
- Old box TV (CRT): $45 if first or only; $35 when added to another item
- Gas bottle: $10 each
2. Travel fee - choose one only
- No fee: inside Hawera, Eltham, Stratford, Inglewood, New Plymouth (including Bell Block), or Waitara, or directly on a main road between these towns.
- Add $5: rural address up to 5 km from a main town boundary or main road.
- Add $10: towns from Oakura to Manaia along the coast, towns from Ōpunake to Kaponga inland, or a rural address 6-10 km away.
- More than 10 km: contact us for a price.
Rural addresses near an outlying town pay $10 only. Fees are not added together.

Sending this form does not confirm a pickup date. Collection is usually within 5-10 days. We group nearby pickups to keep prices low, so we may wait until we have several bookings in your area.
