  • Online Briefing / Expert Workshop Registration

    1. Participants must join the Grand Challenge on a team basis. Each team must consist of 2 to 4 participants from the same school.
    2. Each participant can only represent 1 team in the Grand Challenge.
    3. Each school can nominate 2 teams at max. in each division.
    4. Only 1 registration and proposal submission from each team is accepted. The proposal submission must be original and have not been used in any other competitions.
    5. Each participating school must designate 1 teacher-in-charge for each representing team. Teacher-in-charge is responsible for leading respective teams for participating in events incurred in the Grand Challenge.
    6. Teacher-in-charge is responsible for completing the online application process and getting participants’ parents or legal guardians' prior consents to acknowledge each student for his/her participation in the Grand Challenge.

    • All participants shall understand and agree to grant and assign exclusively to the Organizer all the intellectual property rights of the submitted recipes and presentation. The Organizer has the right to display the recipe content, presentation content, title, synopsis and applicants' information in any form of media for demonstration, publication, exhibition, promotion or any non-commercial activities.
    • Participants grant the Organizer the right to photograph and/or video record during the event and agree that the Organizer may exhibit, promote, or use such materials in any media format for relevant non-profit purposes.
    • Participants are to abide by the Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the Competition, which shall be final. This includes the right to interpret, amend, cancel or suspend the terms and conditions, prizes and other arrangements of the Competition without prior notice.
    • All shortlisted teams much attend the Finale. The Organizer reserves the right to revoke the award and/or prize of any shortlisted team who fails to attend. Awards and grand prizes are subject to change without prior notice.
    • In case of dispute, the decisions of Tram Plus Limited shall be final.
