What are we looking for?
· Sales professionals with a corresponding, proven sales history and success, regardless of the industry
· Good closing skills are a prerequisite
· Medical understanding or previous experience preferred, but not required
· Good interpersonal skills and a good demeanor are a must-have
· Self-employed professionals who can work purely on a commission basis
· Self-motivated and willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends if requested by the prospect
· People who value training and continuing education, i.e., who like to invest in themselves
· Own their own vehicle and, of course, the corresponding driver's license

-> For inquiries about low-intensity PEMF products, the recommendation of Centropix products is mandatory, as the recommendation of these products is very well rewarded as part of a mutual recommendation program between the two companies.
LEO Marketing is essentially a direct sales system, similar to a franchise system, but certainly without franchise fees and legal or operational requirements. A consistent appearance is very important to us. Opportunities are available, from individual sellers to professional shop operators. As soon as you enter our shop, you'll see what we're talking about. The shop will only be activated once you have been accepted as a LEO Sales Rep. This decision is made manually based on your answers and resume. No AI is used in this process. In our opinion, only real people with relevant experience can judge whether you will be accepted into the exclusive circle of LEO Sales Reps.
So please don't be upset if you aren't immediately shortlisted, as we can't start with hundreds of sales representatives right from the start. Organic growth is required here. However, this also means that it may well become possible again at a later date.
