You agree to and understand the prerequisites of the Wellness Wednesday event by clicking on the checkboxes for each statement below.

I agree to have my stall set up by 9.30am, the stall will always be manned and will remain onsite until the event concludes at 2pm.I agree to pay a $30 registration fee to Peel Wellness Wednesday to cover promotion, website and administration costs of the event BEFORE 24th September 2025.I give permission for my business/ organisation details to be advertised through the Wellness Wednesday Events social media and on any promotional products developed for the Wellness Wednesday event and the City of Mandurah’s website or social media.I confirm that I will promote the event through my contacts and that I will commit to helping with the organisation of the Wellness Wednesday event. I agree to abide by the City of Mandurah requirements as per last 2 conditionsI will not bring balloons, or pets to the event.I will use a 3mx3m marquee only and only use weighted restrainers (NO METAL PEGS)
