Senior Pastors Recommendation
This form assumes that the potential planter/s you are recommending have read, reflected on, and prayed through our Early Discernment Questionnaire, and that you have discussed their answers with them.

You will need to score the candidate/s for each of the seven areas touched on by the questionnaire, and provide some comment/reasoning for each, before providing your final summatory thoughts to finish.

Where you are recommending a couple, please provide a seperate score for each individual. Where there are noteworthy differences between them in a specific regard, any comments you can offer on how you think this will play out in their dynamic would be appreciated.
