    We believe that diabetes prevention should be accessible to everyone. In addition to insurance coverage options, NOVA Diabetes Prevention and Management, Inc. is proud to offer a self-pay option for individuals who are not covered by a health insurance plan or employer-sponsored benefits that includes the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP).

    Payment Model:

    We offer flexible and affordable payment options to ensure access for all:

    One-time payment: $500 (discounted rate for full 12-month program)

    Monthly installments: $45 per month for 12 months

    Sliding scale available: Based on income eligibility (contact us for details)

    Scholarship available on case by case basis.

    We are committed to removing financial barriers—please reach out if cost is a concern.

    Accepted Payment Methods:

    We currently accept the following forms of payment:

    Credit or Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)

    ACH Bank Transfer

    PayPal or Stripe (if enabled)?

    HSA/FSA accounts (Check with your provider—PreventT2 may qualify as a reimbursable expense.)
