LIABILITY RELEASE ANDINDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT : Winston-Salem Tennis Incorporated (WSTI) requires a signed release covering all Participants in WSTI events/clinics. Each Participant, or a minor Participant’s parent or legal guardian, must sign this release. In consideration of the Participant being allowed to participate in this event/clinic, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless WSTI and its respective members, officers, employers, agents, and volunteers (collectively, “the Releasees”), and the successors and assigns of the Releasees, regarding all claims, demands, costs, expenses, and causes of action whatsoever arising from the Participant’s participation in the event/clinic, including, but not limited to personal injury, illness (includingCOVID-19), property damage, and/or property loss. CONSENT : WSTI uses photographs or video taken during its events/clinics for promotional use on the WSTI website, WSTI social media platforms, and in other similar materials.
