All sockets provided are; standard 3-pin English 13 amp, but come in two power ratings, on daytime power only unless 24-hour continuous power is requested.

Can supply: one computer (or 2 x laptops) small domestic fridge four USB chargers (such as mobile phone or tablet) television lighting up to 500w or any combination of the above using a single 4-way extension (maximum length 2m) subject to a total load of 500w	Can supply: domestic units (750w - 1,000w) such as microwave cooker freezer lighting up to 1,000w (1kw)

Electrical items are provided on a hire basis only. All items ordered will be collected at the close of the event. Any exhibitors found to remove electrical equipment will be subsequently charged the retail value of the item.

Please note that in ordering electrics you may have a mains box and cable on your stand.

All electrical orders are subject to a £15 testing charge per stand.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ

Adaptors
- Multi-way plug-in type and bayonet adaptors shall not be used.
- The use of trailing/block type 4-way fused sockets shall be restricted to the following: one 4-way unit per fixed socket outlet, subject to a maximum loading of 500 watts total and its plug shall be fused accordingly.
- A maximum flexible cord length of 2 metres from plug to trailing block unit.
Appliances
- It is the owner or user’s responsibility to ensure that portable appliances are safe to be plugged into the electrical system.

Payment Terms

Invoices are subject to 30-day payment terms, or where orders or made within the 30-day period prior to the first day of build-up of the event, invoices require immediate payment.

All funds must clear into the Whitespace XPO account no later than 3 days prior to the first day of build of the event.

Any order where funds have not cleared into the Whitespace XPO account prior to 3 days before the event will be subject to the onsite surcharge of 20% and will not be fulfilled until funds have cleared.

Please be aware that no orders will be processed unless payment is received in full.
