I understand and agree that the Event Organizers may use such media for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, event flyers, social media posts, websites, press releases, newsletters, advertisements, or other marketing materials, in print, electronic, or digital format.

Rights and Releases: I understand that the participant's name, likeness, image, voice, and other personal attributes may be used in connection with such media, and I hereby waive any rights of inspection or approval of the finished product, including any written or electronic copy, in which the participant's likeness or name may appear. I further waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the participant's likeness, voice, or name in any media.

I also understand that the Event Organizers are not obligated to use any media in which the participant's likeness appears, and that any such use will be at the sole discretion of the Event Organizers.

Acknowledgement of Risks: I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian of the participant, acknowledge that the participant's involvement in the event includes the handling of livestock, and that participation in the event involves inherent risks. I understand that injuries can occur and that there is a possibility of bodily injury or even death, regardless of the precautions taken. I further acknowledge that while every effort will be made to ensure the safety and well-being of participants, the organizers cannot eliminate all potential risks associated with the activities.

Release of Liability: In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in this event, I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, or any other individuals or organizations associated with the event from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may result from my child's participation, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In case of an emergency, I give my permission for event organizers to seek medical attention for the participant if necessary. I understand that I will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a medical emergency, and I authorize medical personnel to provide emergency care or treatment as needed.

I have read and fully understand the terms of this release. I understand that my child's participation in the event is voluntary, and by signing this form, I consent to my child's participation. I acknowledge that this form shall be binding on me, my child, and our respective heirs, personal representatives, and assigns.
