Cylinder Re-Release Form
This form allows Area Managers to report cylinders that have been collected from one customer and are suitable for redistribution to another, provided they meet all required checks such as intact tamper seals and valid expiry dates. This process helps prevent expired or unsuitable cylinders from being re-issued and supports accurate traceability. Put all barcodes within the barcodes for re-release box and upload photos of any cylinders requested for release.
