What is a Shared Artist Co-Working Space?
A shared artist co-working space is a creative environment where artists and makers can work, connect, and collaborate. Instead of working alone at home or in a private studio, artists share a common space self equipped for creative projects, exhibitions, and events. These spaces often offer flexible work areas, opportunities to display art, and a chance to engage with the community through workshops, open studios, and shared inspiration.

Selected applicants may be invited for a brief interview or follow-up conversation to learn more about your work and how you'd like to be involved. We’re excited to build something creative and collaborative together!

Please note:The Studios at 234 offer short-term creative workspace opportunities for artists, makers, and entrepreneurs in the heart of Reisterstown Main Street. These spaces are designed for working and creating, not for retail sales. Participants are selected for seasonal, three-month terms, providing flexibility for projects, pop-ups, and collaboration.

If selected, there is a monthly fee of $125 to help cover partial electricity and utility costs.
