2025 Fall Conference Small Agency Scholarship Application
The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation will award 20 scholarships of $500 each to assist Chiefs from small agencies (10 or fewer officers) in attending the 2025 MCPA Fall Conference, held November 18–20, 2025, at Cragun's Resort in Brainerd, MN.

Eligibility Requirements
- Agency must have 10 officers or fewer
- You must be a current MCPA Voting Member / CLEO
- Priority will be given to applicants who have not received an ETI Scholarship in the past 3 years
Application Deadline: Applications are due by October 3rd, 2025!

Additional Information:

Applicants will be notified of funding decisions by late October.
Scholarship checks will be issued as reimbursements after the conference to help with lodging and registration costs. Recipients are responsible for booking and paying upfront.

Terms of Agreement

I understand that if I am awarded a scholarship, I will be reimbursed $500 after the Fall Conference to cover my conference registration and lodging expenses. I acknowledge that if my agency receives the scholarship, my name and photo may be featured in publications to promote the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation to highlight the value of this scholarship opportunity.
