Cancellation Policy
Rally fees will be refunded if LVAC/host has received notice of cancellation 5 days before the start of the rally event. You'll need to contact Willow Beach to cancel your camping site. They charge a $15 cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, you forfeit your deposit for the first night.
Rally fee and Camping Deposit
I will Zelle my rally fee of $20 per person and first night camping deposit of $43 to the LVAC bank account at club063@Airstreamclub.org ( 1 person =$63, 2 people = $83)
I will mail a check for the rally fee and deposit to the Las Vegas Airstream Club C/O Ariel Feir, Treasurer, Las Vegas Airstream Club, PO Box 97999, Las Vegas, NV 89193
I understand that I am responsible for paying for any additional days at the Willow Beach Campground at either the senior price or the full price of $80 per night.
Members & Affiliates: Please be advised that by signing-up for and attending our events you are hereby providing the Las Vegas Airstream Club your implied consent to use any photographs and/or video of you and your family taken at these events in the club’s outreach efforts e.g. newsletters, social media and web pages etc
