Benefit Crokinole Tournament

What is Crokinole? It’s a board game that is played by flicking wooden discs. There are many videos online explaining it, giving tips, and covering world championship tournaments. This video explains it well, but we are happy to show you how to play. It’s hard to appreciate just how much fun it is from videos. You really should just come give it a try.
The tournament will run from 1pm until approximately 3pm on September 13th at the Fairview Grange (826 Village Road) in Smithfield, Maine. For anyone interested in learning the game, we will be there from 9 am to Noon. You could learn in the morning and compete in the afternoon. It’s our first time doing anything like this, so the end time is not guaranteed. Tournament rules will depend on the number of competitors. We want to maximize the opportunity for everyone to play.
We will be breaking for lunch. No food or beverages will be provided, but there are stores nearby. No alcohol allowed at the event.
Please register below in advance so we can assure we are prepared for the number of people that want to participate. Suggested Registration Donation/Fee is $3 dollars per contestant to be collected at the event.
