- Final changes and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery/pickup—after that, orders are non-refundable.
- Orders over $60 require a deposit of 30–40% to secure your spot in the oven. This helps us prep your batch with care and avoid last-minute cookie heartbreak 💔
- Full payment is due at time of pickup or delivery.
- Invoices will be sent out with confirmation emails. You will be able to pay from the invoice directly.
