By submitting this order/request, the Client agrees to be billed for all selected or requested services and accepts responsibility for all related charges as per the applicable pricing schedule. Billing will commence upon activation or delivery of the services, with payment due in accordance with the specified billing cycle.

Unless a month-to-month addon service is active on the product, this agreement constitutes a 12-month fixed-term contract. Upon completion of the initial 12-month term, the agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until written cancellation is received from either party.

If the month-to-month addon service is active, the agreement will apply on a month-to-month basis from inception.

A full calendar month’s notice is required to terminate this agreement.
