Who: Open to all AZA, BBG, and BBYO chapters and clubs worldwide.
Opportunity: Gamechanger Grants can be used to elevate any and all chapter experiences like Shabbat dinners, Jewish holiday programming, community service, Israel programming, and so much more. Plan a chapter event to make a big difference in your community, bring in new prospects and members, or pilot new program initiatives.
Amount: $100 - $1000 USD for in-person chapter events and up to $250 USD for virtual chapter events. Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis while funds are available and funding exceptions being made on a case-by-case basis. The typical allotment is between $5-10 per participating teen once the Reporting Form has been submitted.
Timeline: You must apply at least two weeks prior to your event. Grant applications submitted within two weeks of the chapter program or after the program will not be considered. The earlier, the better!
Jewish Enrichment Coaching ✡️: For any grants related to Shabbat dinners, Jewish holidays, Israel, or service, you will receive an email to sign up for a coaching call with a Jewish educator. You must complete that 30-45 minute call before you are officially granted the funds for your program. With any questions, reach out to jewish@bbyo.org. Any Program Type below with a ✡️ will require Jewish Enrichment Coaching.

Please Note: Gamechanger Grants are intended to elevate a chapter experience. Your program budget should be able to support the experience even if you don’t get a grant. Grant funding cannot be used to make a profit on a program and grants will not exceed $10/per person. Gamechanger Grants are meant to drive creative chapter programs and are not awarded to regional experiences.
