DOORS OPEN AT 10:00!! Registration Fee & Entry Form must be completed and your number picked up at least 30 minutes prior to your competition time the day of the pageant to compete.
Photogenic Category in each division - Must turn in picture at registration. No larger than a 5 X 7
$7 ENTRY FEE AT THE DOOR. ONLY CONTESTANTS AND UNDER SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN GET IN FREE.
Guardians are solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their child during any function of the pageant.
Judges' Decisions Are Final. No scores will be given as they are all on one sheet. No changes are allowed and judges’ area is off limits to pageant attendees.
Points and/or disqualification may result if hovering over judges and poor sportsmanship behaviors are witnessed by
pageant staff. No refunds will be given.
Refunds will be returned to contestants in emergency situations with valid
documentation ONLY.
Emergencies will be deemed at the pageant directors’ discretion.
Positive representations and public appearances regarding community events is valued and expected.
Your child's image may be used in promotional media including television,
website, printed material, and other venues.
Child must compete within the age division of contestant age of the day of the
pageant*; however, we reserve the right to combine age groups where necessary or extend a grace period in extenuating circumstances. Upon registering, parent signature serves to certify age, and pageant directors reserve the right to request a birth certificate if age is questionable.
The South Central Area Fairest of the Fair Pageant expects parent to coach children prior to all competitions. Children six years and under, however, may be coached throughout their routines. Our judges are committed to judge
your child's performance in an unbiased manner. Please do not speak with the
judges unless approached by the judges or at an appropriately deemed time.
All contestants are required to be on time for all events. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your division start time.
We want your child to experience a positive pageant event.
Anything that pageant directors and our staff deem negative or abusive toward any other contestant or child by an accompanying
adult attending to the contestant will not be tolerated.
**Each Miss Fairest of the Fair contestant must have reached her 16th birthday, but not her 21st birthday on or before December 31, 2026. Winner agrees to prepare and participate in the State Competition in January, 2027. If you are not able to participate in the State Pageant, please do not register for the Miss Division as this is a preliminary competition. You may only participate in the State Pageant ONE TIME. You may not compete in this pageant if you have ever held a title and competed in the State Fair Pageant. A contestant cannot qualify for the State Pageant if she has ever been married, had a child, or been found guilty of a felony. This pageant abides by the State Fairest of the Fair Rules and Regulations. Ms. Division is for ladies who do not qualify for any other division.
Ms. Senior Division is 60+ and the winner will compete at the State Pageant.
