Blackpot Cookoff Registration Form

Please note that an Individual/Team Entry is $80 if you pre-register and $100 at the festival. Two additional team members can be added for $30 at check-in. If you have more team members who don't already have festival passes, they will need to purchase a Saturday festival pass for $45. Any additional dishes will have an entry fee of $50 (price includes entry to an additional dish and one extra wristband).
