Please be aware that the current demand for IC 2026 far exceeds our availability. Completion of this form does not guarantee you a spot at IC 2026; it is the best way to express your interest. If a spot does become available, based on BBYO’s IC 2026 Registration & Waitlist Policies, you will be notified immediately and have the opportunity to register or decline your spot within 48 hours.

You must be a member of BBYO to sign up for International Convention. You can sign up for membership at bbyo.org/join. If you are not a member of BBYO, you will be removed from the IC waitlist.

Due to several factors, international teens who gain access to IC through the waitlist process:

Will arrive to Philadelphia on Thursday, February 12th and be fully immersed as part of
their community’s delegation at IC but will not attend Global Ambassadors Week.
Will need to pay the cost of IC in full but will not be eligible for scholarship funds
through BBYO. The cost of IC will be $1,431 USD, plus the price of the flight ticket.
Will need to arrange and purchase travel to and from Philadelphia and will not be able
to travel to IC with their delegation, who will be arriving early for Global Ambassadors
Week.

I understand that if I am offered a spot off the waitlist, I am NOT eligible for scholarship funds and CANNOT attend Global Ambassadors Week. I also understand that I am responsible for my own travel plans and will NOT be able to travel with my community's delegation.*

Compliant: My teen is fully vaccinated or will receive any missing vaccines before the medical form deadline.Non-Compliant: My teen is not fully vaccinated. I will complete a BBYO immunization exemption form, understanding that exemptions are only considered for: Severe allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to a vaccine or its components, Guillain-Barré Syndrome within six weeks of a prior vaccine, or current treatment with immunosuppressive drugs or chronic steroids.
