Terms & Agreement
By signing this contract I ________________________ acknowledge that I have read this document in its entirety and completely understand it and furthermore fully agree to be bound by its terms and conditions for the duration of said contract.
TERMS;
This is a one year contract from the day of signing. Billing starts on the day of signing and you will be automatically billed the same day each month for the duration of the contract year.
You must submit in writing via email 30 days prior to the end of your contract if you wish to terminate at the end of its completion date. Failure to do so may result in ongoing monthly debits which will be NON refundable.
This contract may not be canceled for any reason whatsoever prior to its completion date.
This membership may not be frozen or put on hold for any reason whatsoever.
This membership is non transferable and can not be shared with another person.
The benefits of this membership do not accrue, they do not roll over week after week if not used.
Any breach in these contract terms will result in the member being billed for each service utilized at full non member pricing
UNLIMITED SALT CAVE MEMBERSHIP
Member gets daily use of salt cave during regular hours of operation ( one session/day) throughout the month for the duration of contract year. This excludes specialty salt cave sessions and events.
UNLIMITED ALKALINE WATER
Unlimited daily alkaline water fill ups (up to 8 gallons/day) during hours of operation. One free glass gallon container will be provided. additional containers may be purchased. Outside water containers being used must be leak proof and have well fitting lids for transportation through our facility.
Non members may NOT fill water containers for members unless a proxy individual is an immediate household family member and we have received prior notice of proxy via email containing the name and relation of said proxy.
SAFE ENJOYMENT
Member agrees not to handle or attempt to operate any equipment being utilized for treatments. Member agrees if assistance is needed to call a staff member. Any damage to our equipment as a misuse of our equipment and facility the member will incur the cost of repair/ replacement of the same.
