Selma Lions Club August 22, 23 and 24 2025 Bluebird Days Vendor Space Rental Agreement
Selma Lions Club, hereinafter called “Landlord” agrees to lease the lot or land described below on the following terms:

1.       Lessee shall furnish a valid certificate of insurance and/or food service, if applicable, to Landlord prior to set up of booth or display. Lessee shall also hold Landlord harmless.

2.       Lessee shall pay total rental fees in advance prior to set up of booth or display.

3.       Lessee shall leave said property in the neat and orderly fashion that they find it. All trash and debris must be cleaned prior to leaving. Land or lot(s) that have not been cleaned, after lessee’s departure are subject to a clean-up fee at the discretion of the Landlord.

4.       Lessee shall not use or permit any person to use the premises for any use or purpose in violation of the laws of the United States of America or the State of Indiana.

5.       A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the lease fee shall accompany the execution of the contract to reserve lessee’s assigned area with balance due as explained above.
