Fill out this form to pick up projects from our Service Center in Pleasant Grove for your event, or just to work on at your own pace in the comfort of your own home.

Items are picked up and returned to our Pleasant Grove Service Center: 90 S Main Street, Pleasant Grove UT.

Equipment rentals are only available at our Service Center.

If you would like to pick up projects closer to your location, contact an Area Manager near you to make arrangments, rather than filling out this form.

Training on Equipment

We offer training on Looms and Quilt Frames. Training is REQUIRED for first time loom checkout. Schedule an appointment here for our Service Center (90 S Main Street, Pleasant Grove UT, 84062). Trainings are available Tuesday at 1 pm.

Equipment Rentals

Rent a rug loom, a sleeping mat loom, a quilt frame, or a quilt tying kit. Quilt tying kit includes: tacks, needles, threader, scissors, quilt marking cloth, and marking chalk, but not the quilt frame and supplies. Rental Fees required upon pickup. Rental Fees go towards wear and tear on our equipment, as well as rent for our building, batting for quilts, and supplies so that we can keep helping you serve. *Sleeping Mat Looms are 6 ft by 3 ft, you will need a vehicle that will accommodate this.

File Folder Games (non-sewing project)

Quilt to Tie

Quilts are assembled and are ready for you to tie. Includes matching yarn if needed. If you request more than a couple of quilts, we may need you to envelope some of the quilts before tying them. Please see our website for details on enveloping quilts. https://www.stitchingheartsww.org/envelope-quilts If you want 10 or more quilts, we will need a volunteer to come to the service center and help pin quilts for your event.
