1. Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment (if applicable).
- Seats are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Fees paid are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the organiser.
- If the number of registered participants is fewer than 5, the workshop will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
2. Participant Conduct
- Be respectful to instructors and fellow participants.
- Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the workshop without refund.
- Follow all safety instructions given by staff.
3. Materials & Equipment
- All materials will be provided unless otherwise stated.
- Participants are responsible for using tools and materials carefully.
- Any intentional damage may be charged accordingly.
4. Photography & Media
- Photos/videos may be taken during the session for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff in advance.
5. Health & Safety
- Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have contagious symptoms.
- Sanitizer and basic safety gear will be provided.
6. Cancellations & Changes
- The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants will be notified as early as possible if any changes occur.
If the workshop is cancelled due to low registration (fewer than 5 participants), a full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Note: This workshop is designed for children who are able to participate independently in group activities.We currently do not have the facilities or trained staff to accommodate children with special needs.Kindly contact us in advance if you are unsure whether this class is suitable for your child.
