That recognition is because of the grace of God, you, our incredible vendors who bring the magic and our community who continues to show up and support local. Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the market. We carefully review each application as it comes in to ensure the best overall experience and balance for our vendors and our community. After submitting, you will receive an automatic confirmation email showing that your application was received. This email will also include our Rules and Regulations, so please be sure to download and review that document. You will then receive a separate email confirming your acceptance or letting you know if your application is pending along with any additional details. Payment is due upon receipt. VENDOR AGREEMENT. By submitting this application, you agree to the following: Only apply for dates you are prepared to pay for. Payment is due upon acceptance to secure your space. Spaces are first come first serve and not held without payment. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not completed within 25 hours, your space will be released. No refunds, transfers, or credits under any circumstances. Vendors are subject to approval and category curation. We aim to limit one vendor per primary category with limited exceptions. I understand that tents are required for some events and markets and if a tent is used each tent leg must be secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weights. I also understand that there are absolutely no refunds. Transfer of market dates may be considered on a case by case basis depending on status and availability.

Submission of this application does not constitute acceptance or guarantee participation in the market. This form is solely used to collect and review vendor information in order to properly curate the event and maintain the overall quality balance and experience for our community attendees vendors and partners. All applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Trader’s Town Market. If your application is approved you will receive a confirmation email containing full event details along with a payment link for the total vendor fee associated with the option you selected. Payment links will be sent by both email and text message for your convenience. Vendor spaces are not held under any circumstances and participation is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are secured strictly on a first come first served basis based on completed payment. Submission of an application does not reserve or guarantee availability of a vendor space. Once payment has been successfully submitted a receipt will be automatically issued confirming your secured participation in the event. By selecting “Agree” you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms and you agree to remit the full payment amount reflected in the payment link in order to secure your space if accepted. Trader’s Town Market reserves the right to approve decline or limit vendors in order to maintain proper event curation and balance. Vendors will receive two emails for communication purposes. The first email is automatically generated after the application is submitted confirming receipt of the application. The second email will be sent the day prior to the market with final event instructions vendor layout and logistical details in order to ensure clear communication and avoid multiple or unnecessary emails.
