Spaces are not held without payment and unpaid invoices may be released to vendors on our waitlist after 48 hours or less. We DO NOT offer REFUNDS under ANY circumstances. Please note transfer of credits will no longer be offered after July 1, 2026. Once you apply, you WILL receive an email from us letting you know your application has been accepted or put on a waitlist. ✨

VENDOR AGREEMENT. Spaces are first come first serve and not held without payment. Vendors are required to support promotion. Post at least 3 times prior to the event and tag our pages. Facebook: Traders Town Market. Instagram: ttcmsatx. I understand and agree to these terms.

By selecting “I Agree” I acknowledge that this action is equivalent to my legal signature. I understand that tents are required for some events and markets and if a tent is used each tent leg must be secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weights. I also understand that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. Transfer of market dates may be considered on a case by case basis depending on status and availability.
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or participation. By selecting “Agree,” you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to submit full payment if approved. Trader’s Town Market reserves the right to approve, decline, or limit vendors to maintain event quality and balance. Vendors will receive two emails, one confirming receipt of the application and a final email the day before the event with logistics, setup details, and vendor layout. Your application will now be in review and you should have a response within 24 hours or less!
