VENDOR AGREEMENT. By submitting this application, you agree to the following: Only apply for dates you are prepared to pay for. Payment is due upon acceptance to secure your space. Spaces are first come first serve and not held without payment. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not completed within 25 hours, your space will be released. No refunds, transfers, or credits under any circumstances. Vendors are subject to approval and category curation. We aim to limit one vendor per primary category with limited exceptions. Vendors are required to support promotion. Post at least 3 times prior to the event and tag our pages. Facebook: Traders Town Market. Instagram: ttcmsatx. I understand and agree to these terms.

I acknowledge and agree to the Trader’s Town Market Rules and Regulations. Market instructions will be sent the day prior to the event and your full vendor layout will be included with those instructions. I certify that all information I have provided is true and accurate. By selecting “I Agree” I acknowledge that this action is equivalent to my legal signature. I understand that tents are required for some events and markets and if a tent is used each tent leg must be secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weights. I also understand that there are absolutely no refunds. Transfer of market dates may be considered on a case by case basis depending on status and availability.

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or participation. All applications are reviewed to maintain a curated and balanced event experience. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with full event details and a payment link, which will also be sent via text for convenience. Vendor spaces are not held and participation is only confirmed once full payment is received, with spaces secured on a first come first served basis based on completed payment. Submission of this application does not reserve a spot, and a receipt will be issued once payment is successfully submitted confirming your participation. By selecting “Agree,” you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to submit full payment if approved. Trader’s Town Market reserves the right to approve, decline, or limit vendors to maintain event quality and balance. Vendors will receive two emails, one confirming receipt of the application and a final email the day before the event with logistics, setup details, and vendor layout.
