●All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. This helps me order supplies, plan my time, save a spot as a client, and make your treats extra special.

●Remaining balance is due no later than the day before pickup. Orders not paid in full by this date will be canceled.

●I do not accept last-minute orders. Please order at least 2 weeks in advance. Anything after that please message me to see if any changes can be made. *Order notice is minimum 2 weeks prior. ●Pick-up and delivery. Please note that there is a fee for delivery, depending on the distance. Including any "hallway" point deliveries.

●Note that a pick-up contract will require a signature before leaving with cake/treats. Once signed, person incharge of pick-up will be fully responsible for cake/treats from that point on.

●For ANY cake with supports inside, will need to sign a contract of acknowledgement. Client is made aware that there are supports inside cake, and for everyone's safety, should NOT be smashed on anyone's face without removing ALL supports.

●No changes can be made 3 days before the delivery date.

●Rush orders, IF ACCEPTED, will require an additional $60 fee.

●Client must agree to terms & conditions on any Additional "Add-On" services booked for event.
