2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made online using any of the available options, including credit card, AfterPay, or PayID.
Cancellations made at least two weeks before the party date are eligible for a full refund. After this time, payments are non-refundable but can be credited towards a future booking.
Please note that any decrease in guest numbers made within 13 days of the booking date will not be refunded or credited.
Additional guests may be added, subject to availability and will be quoted by Teepee Pop.
3. Delivery and Setup
Delivery, setup and pickup are included for locations within 20km of postcode 3175. Packdown is not incuded, pls refer to clause 3a. For locations beyond the 20km radius of postcode 3175, a travel fee applies and will be quoted by TeePee Pop. Teepee Pop will contact the Hirer during the week of the party to confirm delivery and pickup times. Setup is handled entirely by Teepee Pop.
3a. Pickup & Pack-Down
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring all hired items are packed down and ready for pickup at the agreed collection time, in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of setup.
Teepee Pop accepts no liability for any loss or damage to hired items that occurs during pack-down when completed by the Hirer.
Teepee Pop is not responsible for any damage to the Hirer’s property, premises, or belongings that may occur during pack-down when completed by the Hirer, including but not limited to floors, walls, furniture, or personal items.
Where pack-up is required to be completed by the Teepee Pop team due to items not being packed and ready, a $75 pack-down surcharge will apply and will be deducted from the bond.
3b. Setup Area & Floor Protection
To help ensure a smooth and stress-free setup, the Hirer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is cleared of furniture, toys and personal items prior to Teepee Pop’s arrival.
We kindly ask that floors and surrounding areas are protected before setup (for example, with rugs, mats, or floor coverings where required).
While every care is taken during setup, Teepee Pop cannot be held responsible for any damage to floors, surfaces, furniture, or property where the setup area has not been cleared or adequately protected.
If the setup area is not ready upon arrival, setup may be delayed or adjusted to suit the available space.
4. Use of Equipment
The Hirer agrees to use the equipment safely and responsibly. No food or drinks are allowed inside the teepees; please use the provided trays for any snacks or beverages. Pets must be kept away from the equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Adult supervision is required at all times during the use of the equipment.
5. Damage and Loss
The Hirer is responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment during the hire period. The $100 bond will be refunded within 24 hours after the event, provided all items are returned in good condition. Any damages exceeding the bond amount will be invoiced to the Hirer.
