We want to help you support and serve your program participants.
At Undie Chest, we understand the importance of engaging with the community to better understand their needs and preferences.

Your input is essential to The Undie Chest and its partners so we can better understand your needs and the impact of our programs. We encourage you to answer all the questions in our survey. This data helps us provide essential items, such as underwear, to your program participants.

Preparation for the Application - We ask for estimates of the demographics of the people you serve. You will not need an exact number, but you will need to have an idea of how many people you served in a fiscal year and estimated percentages of those who served (e.g., 50% women, 50% men).
Please confirm that your organization is not a faith-based nonprofit organization. A faith-based organization is a nonprofit tied to a religious or spiritual group, serving charitable or community purposes. A faith-based organization (FBO) is a nonprofit entity affiliated with a religious group, spiritual belief, or church, and operates for charitable, educational, or social purposes
We have restrictions with with our corporate partners on donations to faith-based organizations.
