With whatever plan you choose, you'll get a fully customized training plan (based on your goals, schedule, and experience level), nutrition guidance that doesn’t involve cutting everything out, and 1:1 support from me every step of the way!!

    You’ll check in with me weekly, track your progress in a private app, and have access to direct messaging if you ever need questions answered or just a little hype.

    I’m still learning and growing, too. I don’t have all the answers, and I’m not claiming to be perfect — but I DO care deeply, and I’ll always show up for you with honesty, support, and everything I’ve learned from my own journey. This is a space where we both get to keep improving, together. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start — and neither do I.
