    Styled Dessert Table Setup ($85–$250)

    Full styling of your treat table with rented risers, fabric, props, and layout design.
    45–90 minutes on-site (based on package size)
    Includes: Table layout, color coordination, display styling
    Price depends on table size, number of items, and decor level.

    Backdrop & Display Setup ($50–$100)

    Setup of your own or rented backdrop for themed or formal events.
    Add-on to dessert table
    Perfect for weddings, showers, or brand activations

    Mini Decor Rentals (stands, risers, trays, etc) ($25–$75)

    Bring the full look with cute cake stands, gold trays, acrylic risers, etc.
    Return required within 48 hours unless arranged otherwise
    Damage deposit may apply

    Post-Event Pickup Fee ($35–$75)

    Clients are welcome to return trays and décor within 48 hours. If you’d prefer that I pick up the rentals after the event, a retrieval fee applies and must be arranged in advance.
    Price depends on distance and how much needs to be picked up.

  • Cake Cutting & Event Support

    Cake Cutting Service ($80)

    Sonia's Sweets will stay to cut, plate, and serve your beautiful cake for a polished experience.
    Includes bringing extra serving knife, gloves, and cleanup napkins
    One hour minimum, additional $25 per extra 30 min

    Dessert Attendant On-Site  ($90/hour)

    For luxury events or weddings with large treat tables.
    Sonia's Sweets replenish trays, answer questions, and keep everything neat.
    Great for high-end events or full setups

  • Logistics & Add-On Time Services

    Early Delivery / Setup (Before 9 AM or Custom Time) ($30–$75)

    Blocked off time outside regular hours. Especially for venues, photographers, etc.

    Rush Order Fee (if accepted) ($60)

    For orders placed with less than required notice
    Minimum notice is 2 weeks prior event date


    Extended On-Site Setup Time ($25 per 30 minutes)

    When a venue is not ready or delays setup past agreed time
