  • OPERATING TIMES

    Lionheart Academy is from 3:30-5:30

  • REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEES

  • Non-refundable registration fee of $25 per child

    Full Time Rate: $240/monthly for each student enrolled

    **Sibling Discount** 15% off each month for each additional sibling enrolled (Full Time Only)

    Part Time Rates:

    $144/month per child for 3 days per week

    $100/month per child for 2 days per week

  • PAYMENT POLICY

  • Tuition must be paid on the 1st of each month through a check made out to Lionheart Academy LLC, cash, Venmo, or CashApp.

    Monthly Tuition is due on or before the 1st of the month. If payment is not made by the 3rd day of the month, your child(ren) will be sent to the office to wait to be picked up by parents. The office charges $1/minute after 3:30.

    A reduced rate or refund will not be offered for students who are ill or absent. Contact the Lionheart Academy directors- Emily Miller and Jennifer Wright at Lionheartacademytulsa@gmail.com to discuss arrangements if a student has an extended illness.

    Any early release day will not have aftercare.

    Payments are monthly, August-May. None of the months are pro-rated.

     

  • POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

    Student must be picked up by 5:30 p.m. When a parent is going to be late, that parent must notify the Coordinator (lionheartacademytulsa@gmail.com) however, a late charge will still be assessed and payable at the next month's tuition payment. Late fees: $1 for every minute late. After four late pickups per semester, students will no longer be enrolled in the Lionheart Academy program. You may re-apply for the second semester. Students in grades K-10th are allowed to register. Withdrawing students from the program has to be in writing through an e- mail to the directors- Emily Miller and Jennifer Wright at Lionheartacademytulsa@gmail.com. Withdrawing from the after care program must be done at least 30 days in advance.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT

    An afternoon snack will be provided. Students will have the option for supervised homework time in a homework-only room with teacher assistance. Age-appropriate activities and games. All school behavior policies will be followed during Lionheart Academy hours. The Lionheart Academy program reserves the right to refuse service to a student who cannot cooperate with staff and/or other students or is destructive to property. In case of severe injury or acute illness, 911 will be called, and the parent or guardian will be contacted immediately. 

  • Liability Policy

    Lionheart Academy is not responsible for any loss, property damage, or personal injury as a result of participation in aftercare. All Aftercare families and its participants will not be held liable to any claims, demands, actions, causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any related loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by its participants, or to any property belonging to its participants, while participating in, or while on or upon the premises where aftercare is being conducted.

    A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 shall be paid to Lionheart Academy through Venmo (@Emily-Miller55) or CashApp ($EmilyJMiller) for your child's admission to the program. Registration Fees are due by July 1, 2025.

    This agreement and all After School Child Care services may be terminated at any time for any of the following: 1. Failure to pay tuition and fees as due. 2. Failure to conform to the Rules and Regulations of Lionheart Academy. 3. Failure to conform to the hours of attendance agreed upon in this Contract.

    I (We), the undersigned parent(s) with legal custody or legal guardianship of said child(ren) agree with the above Rules and Regulations and agree to pay Lionheart Academy child care fees in accordance with this agreement.
