  • Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis. All vendors are subject to approval from The Cottage Farm Stand & Baking Co. and agree to The Rules & Regulations of The Pumpkin & Pickle Festival at The Cottage.  Please read these carefully and initial as indicated.

    Dates:  Saturday, October 25, 2025, 9am - 5pm and Sunday, October 26, 2025, 9am - 5pm

    Set up:  Friday, October 24, 2025 (after 12Noon) and Saturday morning, October 25, 2025

    Space:  Spaces are outdoors.  Each vendor is responsible for tables, chairs, canopies, and other equipment necessary for display and vending.  Electricity is NOT available from The Cottage.  A 10x10 space is $80, plus tax, a 10x20 space is $150, plus tax a food vendor space is $200, plus tax.

          Rules & Regulations Governing The 2025 Pumpkin & Pickle Festivalat The Cottage 1. Liability: The Vendor agrees to protect, save, and keep The Cottage Farm Stand & Baking Co., The Pumpkin & Pickle Festival, its employees, volunteers and agents forever harmless from any and all damages or charges imposed for any violation of any law, ordinance, whether occasioned by the negligence of the Vendor or the representatives, agents or those persons acting under the express of implied authority of the Vendor. 2. Reservation for space will be made in the order in which signed contracts are received. Available space will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The Cottage reserves the right to relocate display areas, at any time for the benefit of the vendor or for the betterment of the Pumpkin & Pickle Festival. 3. Payment Policy: Exhibit fees must be paid in full no later than September 15 or later if registration is accepted after this date.  NO refund will be made after September 15, 2025. Payment may be made via PayPal @ marleneknightevents@gmail.com OR Venmo: @cottagehwy56. Checks may be made to:  TheCottage Farm Stand and mailed to: Marlene Knight, 1220 Highway 279S. Owensboro, KY  42301 or brought in person to The Cottage Farm Stand.  4. Weather & Cancellation Policy: This is an outdoor event held rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, partial event cancellations, or full event cancellations due to inclement weather, ground conditions, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers. 5. Dimensions and Limitations: Vendor space sizes are outlined on the registration form. Tables,chairs, canopies and all other equipment and display materials are theresponsibility of the vendor.  Note:  All vendors will be in the grass field located on The Cottage property in front of The Cottage.  ELECTRICITY is not available forvendors.  Generators are acceptable, but need to be disclosed on the registration form in the notes section as to the size. Generators must be placed or be of a variety that will not disturb neighboring vendors.  6. Responsibility: The vendor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of his or her property, employees, agents, and guests.  The Cottage Farm Stand & Baking Co., The Pumpkin & Pickle Festival its sponsors, any officer, agent, or employee there will not be liable for loss, damage, or destruction of Vendor’s property by accident or any other cause.  The Vendor also assumes full responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property caused by the Vendor, its agents,representatives, or employees. 7. The Pumpkin & Pickle Festival hours for the public will be Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 9am to 5pm and Sunday, October 26, 2025 from 9am to 5pm.  8. Installation of Exhibits may begin at 11am on Friday, October 24, 2025, and continue until 8am, Saturday, October 25, 2025.  Overnight security will be provided by The Cottage Farm Stand.  Additional set up time is 6am – 8am Saturday,October 25, 2025.  All vehicles must bemoved to the vendor parking area by 8am Saturday, October 25, 2025.  One vehicle will be allowed, per vendor forparking in the vendor parking area. 9. Dismantling: No vendor shall dismantle any booths during show hours or before closing time.  Vendors are allowed to leave materials overnight, at vendors discretion and responsibility, weather permitting, as there will be overnight security. 10. Amendment to Regulations: All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are subject to the decision of Marlene Knight and/or her assignee. The Cottage Farm Stand owner & her assignee(s) shall have sole authority to promulgate, interpret, and enforce all rules and regulations, and to make any amendments necessary for the orderly conduct of the Pumpkin & Pickle Festival at The Cottage.
