Application Process

All in-district transfer requests must be submitted through this online application and approved by the Director of Student Services in accordance with TISD Local policy.
Approved transfer students will be assigned based on available space and program needs.
Employee children have priority placement consideration.
Requests are evaluated based on: program needs, available space, student's academic/attendance record, and special circumstances.
Transportation is not provided for in-district transfers. Parents are responsible for student transportation to and from the transfer school.
Transfers may be revoked for attendance issues, disciplinary problems, space unavailability, or false information on application.
Full-time Taylor ISD employees receive priority consideration for their children's transfer requests and have more flexible placement options.
