As a therapist at Chosen Path Collective, you will:
- Provide high-quality, client-centered individual, relationship and/or family therapy to clients across diverse populations and communities.
- Follow best practices, code of ethics, scop of practice regulations, and business operations policies when it comes to work and client care.
- Maintain ethical and timely documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes (Completed within 48 hours).
- Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and leads to create a supportive person centered working environment.
- Attend clinical team meetings as requested.
- Participate in ongoing continuing education and internal learning opportunities to support growth and specialization.
- Empower clients by integrating liberation focused and anti-oppressive care into your practice.
Position Requirements:
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field eligible for licensure in the state of PA.
- Active unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of PA.
