By signing below, the parent/guardian affirms understanding and agreement with the
following:
- School operates 180 instructional days, 6.5 hours per day.
- Core curriculum includes English, Math, Science, Social Studies.
- Student will complete annual standardized testing (Grades 3-11).
- Teachers hold active Tennessee licenses.
- School staff undergo background checks.
- Fire marshal and health inspections are completed.
- Attendance and enrollment will be reported to the local LEA.
- Records and transcripts will transfer if the student changes schools.
Southern Angels Comprehensive Academy provides an inclusive and supportive academic experience for students with mild to moderate disabilities. Our tuition for the 2025–2026 school year is $13,500 for the full academic year (August–May). Fees include: a non-refundable $125.00 fee due at the time of application; a $300 enrollment deposit due upon acceptance and applied toward tuition; a $200 technology and instructional fee covering student access to digital learning tools and platforms; a $200 enrichment fee for curriculum materials and sensory tools; and a $400 field trip and in-house events fee which includes transportation, tickets, event participation, and food.
Specialized supports and therapy services are billed separately if determined necessary based on intake evaluation or ongoing student needs.

- Behavior Specialist Support: $250/year (if needed)
Individualized behavior plans, staff coaching, family support meetings, and in-class strategy implementation
- One-on-One Aide Support: $250/year (if needed)
Assigned 1:1 staff to assist the student throughout the school day with behavior, transitions, and task completion
- In-House Speech Therapy: $65/hour (as needed)
Speech and language therapy sessions provided by a licensed therapist and billed monthly based on service hours
By completing this form, I hereby authorize Southern Angels Comprehensive Academy to use the information provided herein for the sole purpose of evaluating and processing my child's application for admission. I understand that all submitted information is confidential and will be used for enrollment decisions only.
Furthermore, I authorize the school to share my child’s medical and health information with the school’s designated health services team. In the event of illness, injury, or an emergency occurring during school hours or events under school supervision, I authorize the school to administer appropriate first aid measures for my child’s relief.
Should immediate medical attention be required and I am unable to be reached in time, I authorize the school and its staff to act on my behalf in securing emergency care for my child, including transportation to a hospital and authorization of medical procedures as recommended by the attending physician—such as X-rays, anesthesia, or surgery.
As part of the enrollment process, attendance at the mandatory Parent Orientation Meeting on July 20, 2025, is required. Important information regarding school procedures, expectations, and services will be shared at this meeting. Failure to attend may result in delayed or forfeited enrollment.
I confirm that the information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and I understand the financial obligations associated with enrollment. By signing below, I acknowledge and accept all terms described in this agreement.
