Educational Permission Slip
An educational field trip has been scheduled for your child's class. School board policy requires each child to have advance written permission to go on a field trip. Students who do not have prior written permission will not be able to participate in the field trip. Events are subject to change based on the schedules of other schools and transportation.

Wednesday, August 27th, Millersport Sweet Corn Festival Parade at 6:00 p.m. The bus departs OSSB at 3:00 p.m. Pickup time is approximately 9:30 p.m.
