Arden Occasion Cakery, LLC only accepts electronic payments via Square invoicing. A nonrefundable 50% deposit is due at the time you receive your Square invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks before your occasion date.

A $50 late fee will be applied if the balance is paid after this deadline.
For cake party packages, payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Rush Orders —
If you are booking within:

2 weeks of your occasion date: a $50 rush fee will apply
1 week of your occasion date: a $100 rush fee will apply
1–2 days of your occasion date: a $150 rush fee will apply
These fees are added to all applicable orders.

Allergy Notice —
While Arden Occasion Cakery, LLC operates a nut-free kitchen, we do not cater to food allergies or offer allergen-free baking. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from common allergens such as dairy, eggs, gluten, or soy.

Customers with food sensitivities or allergies should use their discretion when placing an order.

Arden Occasion Cakery, LLC (also known as Arden OC, LLC) is not responsible for the cake or treats once the order has been picked up or delivered and accepted.
