Eligibility to Graduate

If you expect to complete all of the requirements for your programme by the course completion date, please complete this form. If in doubt, please contact BTI by emailing: graduation@bti.ac.nz

We will check each student for eligibility to graduate and if you have not passed or met the criteria we will contact you and refund your graduation fees (if you have paid).

If you would like to attend the Graduation Ceremony in person then you apply to graduate in person. If you do not wish to attend a graduation ceremony you can have your degree conferred 'In Absentia'.

REGALIA HIRE

BTI will hire regalia on your behalf and have it ready at BTI on Friday 16 May 2025 for you to collect. Please supply the sizing information below:

Graduate Diploma and PostGraduate Certificate Graduands $110
Certificate Graduands (NZ Certificate ONLY) $100

Graduation Fees include:

- Free entry (as a graduand, you do NOT require a ticket)
- Free ticket for guests (up to 4 if required)
- Hiring of Regalia

GRADUATION FEE (GRADUATING IN ABSENTIA)

Post certificate within NZ $25
Post certificate to Australia $30

The fee for graduating in absentia covers all administration costs, including delivery to the address specified in this application.
